I feel in love with this sport at a young age and it has grown to be the center of my life. Growing up on the eastern shore of Maryland allowed me to work with many trainers and gave me many different opportunities. Jennifer Fox gave me my first riding lesson in 2005. Next was training with Molly Foster, Kristen Klackring and Emily Carney  who taught me to ride many different types of horses within the 8 years I rode there and she even pushed me to get my first horse, Fable.

After a year of owing Fable, I had moved to Campbells Lane Farm. We had been dealing with some lameness with him and decided to try some new things. I was back with Jennifer Fox and Anne Altvater, who would both eventually teach me that there are always people on you side that will always be there to help you to achieve your goals.

When it was time to move onto bigger things, I started riding with Hilary Gibbons-Neff at Little Clovelly farm. Hilary took me to my first "A" rated shows and showed me the ropes of the bigger shows. Eventually Hilary helped me reach my goals of doing the high jumpers. in 2018 I showed in my first 1.15m classes, allowing me to qualifying for and show at WIHS.

While riding with Hilary, it opened up other opportunities for me, such as riding for Ashley Hopkins at Timber Grove Farm. Ashley brought me on as a working student and allowed me to learn the ropes of training ottbs, how to run proper training program and helped me to find my love in training them again.

When I was 20 I moved to North Carolina, I met my next trainer, Bridget O'Neill. Bridget brought me back to my roots of eventing which allowed me to finally event my first horse after owning him for 8 years. While training under Bridget she helped further my education and brought me back to the basic fundamentals of riding. Bridget also helped me further my experience in breaking and training horse for the hunters and eventing.
